This roundtable and book launch at the Canadian Historical Association conference at Congress 2024 will feature historians Rhonda Hinther (Brandon University), Jo McCutcheon (University of Ottawa), and Ian Mosby (Toronto Metropolitan University) who will discuss our new book, mmm…Manitoba: The Stories Behind the Foods We Eat (University of Manitoba Press, 2024).
Snacks will be provided by University of Manitoba Press and copies of the book will be available for purchase at the event.
